Turn off Guest WiFi?
Guests won't be able to connect, and anyone connected now will be disconnected within about a minute. Trusted WiFi is not affected.
Guest WiFi

Guest WiFi is turned off. Guests can't connect until you turn it back on and click Save Changes.
When you click Save Changes, Guest WiFi becomes an open network and every guest is disconnected. Guests can only sign in again with a method set up on the Access page.
When you click Save Changes, Guest WiFi needs the WiFi password again and every guest is disconnected. The Access sign-in methods stop being used.
The Guest WiFi name and password appear once the GetMeWiFi router is online.
Change Guest WiFi
Changing the password disconnects every guest straight away — they rejoin with the new one. Shared devices on Trusted WiFi may drop for a few seconds and reconnect by themselves, so a quiet time is best.
Guests see the new WiFi name within a few seconds.

| Day | Start | End | Status | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
On a day with Active periods, Guest WiFi is on only during those periods (New Zealand time). A day with no entry is open all day. Use Closed all day for a day the business is shut.
Add one time period for a single day, or close that day completely. Add another entry if the same day needs a second period.

Turn off Trusted WiFi?
The Trusted WiFi network disappears and shared devices (TVs, printers) disconnect. Your trusted device list is kept for when you turn it back on. Guest WiFi is not affected.
Change Trusted WiFi
Shared devices disconnect and must rejoin Trusted WiFi with the new name or password.
Trusted WiFi is off, so these devices can't connect to it. The list is kept — they work again as soon as Trusted WiFi is turned back on.

Session Duration, Reset Time and Data Allowance are counted for each device separately, even when several guests share one login.

Guests can no longer sign in with this username and password, and anyone signed in with it now is disconnected within a minute. Their past sessions stay in Session History.
Disable Portal Username + Password?
Guests can't sign in with a portal login while it is disabled, and anyone signed in with one now is disconnected within a minute. Your logins are kept for when you enable it again.

No voucher batches have been created yet. Select + Add Voucher Batch to create the first one.
Click a batch to show or hide its voucher codes. A voucher is finished for good when its time ends or its data is used up. A batch can be deleted only while none of its vouchers has been used; after that it can be disabled.

A voucher needs at least one limit. Choose Yes for Session Expiry or Data Allowance (or both), so a voucher can't work for ever.

Counting the unused vouchers…
This batch has no unused vouchers to download. Add another batch for more codes.
This batch is disabled. Its vouchers can't be used until you enable it.
The batch and all of its voucher codes are removed for good. None of them has been used, so no history or sales figures are lost. This can't be undone.
Its vouchers can't be used while the batch is disabled, and guests connected with one of them are disconnected within a minute. A voucher that was already started keeps running out of time while disabled. Nothing is deleted — you can enable the batch again.
The voucher can't be used, and a guest connected with it is disconnected within a minute. Use this for a lost or mistaken voucher. You can restore it later.
Disable Vouchers?
Guests can't sign in with a voucher while Vouchers is disabled, and anyone signed in with one now is disconnected within a minute. Your batches and vouchers are kept for when you enable it again.

Disable Free WiFi?
Guests can't connect this way while it is disabled, and anyone connected through it now is disconnected within a minute. Your settings and the guest list are kept.
Use this when a guest no longer wants marketing emails. Their email is taken out of the marketing list, on every device they used. The guest record, its Terms & Conditions acceptance and its visits are kept. A marketing list you downloaded earlier still contains the address, so remove it there too.
This removes the email address, the Terms & Conditions acceptance and the marketing answer stored for this device. It can't be undone. If the guest is online now they stay online, and a new record is made the next time they connect.

Export marketing list saves a file with only the guests who agreed to marketing (email, date consent was given, last visit), one line per email address. Remove consent takes a guest out of that list and keeps their record; Delete removes the whole record. Export a fresh list before each marketing campaign: a file downloaded earlier does not update when a guest withdraws consent or their record is deleted.

New guests visited for the first time that day; Returning guests had visited before. In the Total line, Returning guests counts each device once. Emails given is the new guests with an email saved now, and Agreed to marketing the guests who agreed that day and still say Yes — a deleted guest record drops out of these two, but its sign-ins still count.
